Jalapeno Pepper Poppers became quite popular some time ago, however, was never really a fan. While I love spicy food, biting directly into something so hot and spicy isn’t my idea of fun. Sweet, crunchy bell peppers stuffed with blue cheese and wrapped in bacon & grilled to perfection

Ingredients
  • 12 Mini bell peppers
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Blue Cheese dressing
  • 6 Slices of bacon, cut in half
  • Toothpicks
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and dressing; chill until ready to use
  2. Core the peppers
  3. Stuff peppers with cream cheese mixture; wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick
  4. Cook on grill over med-high heat, for about 30-40 min, until bacon is cooked
