Grilled Sweet Corn on the Cob - Easy to throw together and quick cooking, this sweet corn is the perfect side for any BBQ

I have a confession. I’m not very handy with a grill. I know some of you are fabulous at it, but Mark has always been the one to ‘man’ the grill at our house, so I never really bothered to learn.

A couple of weeks ago, we traveled to Southern California for my nephew’s high school graduation. It was a blast! My sister’s husband was home, {he’s been working in Hawaii for almost a year, traveling home once a month to visit}, and it was really great to see him. The fact that he brought me a big bag of Kona coffee was pretty sweet, too.

After the graduation ceremony, we had pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw and the best corn on the cob ever.

What I like best about this recipe is that it’s so simple to make, you can totally put the kids to the task.

Grilling is the same way in our house. I’d rather let me husband do it. I love fresh summer corn. I’ve never added sugar to it before, but that sounds wonderful. I will definitely have to try that next time. Thanks for the recipe.
