At my house, we like to keep things pretty simple. Like cookies.
Well, OK, especially cookies. At least the kids do. All these fancy ones floating around and they want chocolate chip. Without nuts.
I can hear it now. “Oh G-A-W-D…. there’s nuts in these?!” Yep, that’s how we roll. In fact, they’ve been asking for them for about a week now, so I figured I would oblige.
So, these are for my kids {well, technically they’re teens and young adults, except for my youngest. He’ll always be my baby}.
Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies {without nuts, but you can always add some to yours}

    I love it! Your kids sound like mine. LOL I have never thought to add nutmeg to chocolate chip cookies but I bet it would taste great. Thanks for sharing with us over at Real Housemoms for Fabulous Fridays! We love seeing you there Rachel. 🙂

    Thanks for sharing this! After being a Mom for years my dgtr wanted me to make my son in law some but for some reason they were hard. So I found a recipe that added 1 small instant pudding mix and that now guarantees my cookies will be soft. (Lol) Hey a girl has to retrieve herself as a mother in law.
